Pana Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality patient care under the direction of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include administering treatment programs, assisting with exercises and mobility, educating patients and families, documenting care, and communicating patient progress with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills and follow all safety, infection control, confidentiality, and hospital standards. Requirements include an accredited PTA program, current Illinois license, CPR certification, valid driver’s license with reliable insured transportation, and basic computer skills. One year of experience preferred. Salary Range: $26.30 - $36.82 (based on experience).
