Pana Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Patient Registration Supervisor to lead our Patient Registration team. In this role, you will oversee daily registration and switchboard operations, coordinate staffing and department workflows, ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements, and support staff development and performance. You will also help provide an exceptional patient experience by promoting accurate registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, and outstanding customer service while fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment. Salary Range: $20.17 - $26.22 (based on experience)
Pana Community Hospital is seeking a Patient Registration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will accurately register inpatient and outpatient patients, verify insurance and physician information, ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements, collect applicable payments, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and providers. Salary Range: $18.08–$21.70 per hour.
