Pana Community Hospital is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused individual to serve as a Nurse Aide. This position plays an essential role in supporting the nursing team and providing hands-on care to patients by assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, personal hygiene, nutrition, vital signs, and other basic patient-care needs. The Nurse Aide is responsible for promoting patient comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being while maintaining confidentiality and following established hospital, infection control, and safety standards. This position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and responsive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Salary Range $18.08 - $21.70 (based on experience)
