Pana Community Hospital employees are enrolled in an Internal Messaging program during the onboarding process.

 

Terms of Service

By enrolling and consenting in Pana Community Hospital’s Internal Messaging program, employees agree to receive text message alerts related to workplace safety, security updates, and other important organizational communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on operational needs. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile phone plan. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP. This service is for internal use only and is not used for patient care or marketing purposes.

 

Privacy Policy

The Internal Messaging program collects employees’ names, departments, and phone numbers. This data will only be used for sending SMS messages related to Pana Community Hospital workplace safety, security updates, and other important organizational communication. 

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 

Employees may opt-out and request that their data be deleted by checking the Opt-Out box on the Employee SMS Messaging Form.
