Quad County Home Health, Hospice and Home Medical Equipment Recognized with Two National SHPBest™ Awards
Quad County Home Health, Hospice and Home Medical Equipment has once again been recognized nationally by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) for outstanding patient and caregiver experience. The agency earned the 2024 SHPBest™ “Premier Performer” Caregiver Experience Award for hospice care, ranking in the top 5% of hospice providers nationwide. This marks the third consecutive year Quad County Hospice has received this honor.
In addition, Quad County Home Health was awarded the 2024 SHPBest™ “Superior Performer” Patient Experience Award, placing in the top 20% of home health providers across the country. This is the fourth consecutive year the agency has been recognized with this award.
The annual SHPBest™ award programs acknowledge healthcare providers that consistently deliver exceptional care and service. The 2024 Premier Performer award recipients were determined by ranking the overall CAHPS Hospice caregiver experience scores from more than 1,800 hospice providers nationwide. The Superior Performer award was based on HHCAHPS survey results from more than 3,200 home health providers—the largest benchmark in the nation.
“SHP recognizes how much hard work is involved in providing excellent patient care, and we are proud to acknowledge the tireless efforts of our top-performing customers through our annual SHPBest award program. These organizations care deeply about the patient experience, and they never stop striving to improve every single year,” said Kevin Vogel, President of SHP.
“We are honored to be recognized once again by SHP with these awards,” said Becca Reinstorf, Director of Quad County Home Health, Hospice and Home Medical Equipment. “Earning the Premier Performer award for hospice three years in a row and the Superior Performer award for home health four years in a row reflects the dedication of our staff to providing compassionate, high-quality care. These achievements highlight our ongoing commitment to patients, families, and our community, and we are incredibly proud of the trust placed in us every day.”
