Throughout her career, Charlotte has advanced into several Human Resources leadership positions, including HR Generalist and Senior HR Manager. Her professional experience includes employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Regent University in 2023. She is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and helping Pana Community Hospital attract and retain exceptional healthcare professionals committed to serving the community.
