Job Title: Perioperative RN
Status: Non- exempt; PRN
Hours: Day Shift
Salary Range: $29.57-$51.00 (Based on experience)
Description:
• Assume responsibility for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient care in the perioperative setting for all patient populations.
• Assess and monitor patients, coordinating care through the various stages of surgical care.
• Assist with surgical equipment and supplies •Assist with positioning and preparing the patient for surgery.
• Documentation of nursing care accurately and complete •Collaborate effectively with other disciplines and departments as applicable.
Requirements::

A current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Illinois

CPR and ACLS certified •First Assist-RN, Circulator, and/or Preop/PACU Experience preferred

Ortho and General Surgery Experience preferred

Experience with EMR Surgical applications; preference for CERNER
