Quality Care
Pana Community Hospital assures exceptional patient safety and quality through its internal quality assessment and improvement of care initiatives. Clinical staff and medical staff members collaborate in defining meaningful initiatives to measure how well we perform over time, as well as, how well we perform compared to our peer hospitals. This information is prepared quarterly and communicated through reports to our clinical, medical, administrative, and board member staff.
Above are some representations of the type of patient safety and quality initiatives unique to our hospital’s services and care deliveries. We invite you to view data collected and reported nationally on key quality care processes to patients diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure (HF) through this link: (www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov)
