QC Hospice receives Award

Quad County agency has received Fazzi Associates CAHPS Award of Distinction Patient Satisfaction Award and has been named a national best practice agency. 

“This significant accomplishment made by Quad County employees is deserving of recognition,” stated Tom Culberson, Quad County Director.  “Our local hospice team works hard every day to make sure families who choose to place their loved one in Quad County Hospice care receives the highest quality of care and compassion.” 

Fazzi Associates is an independent vendor which surveys Quad County Hospice patient experience.  Based on a comparative analysis of agencies for the past year, the results for the survey question group “Overall Satisfaction” or “Likelihood of Recommending” placed Quad County in the top 25% of Fazzi’s National Hospice CAHPS database. 

The HHCAHPS Patient Satisfaction Award of Distinction is presented annually to home hospice organizations that subscribe to Fazzi’s Patient Satisfaction Service and have demonstrated superior performance in overall patient satisfaction results. These national best practice agencies are proven leaders and have excelled in one of the most important measures of an agency’s quality program—patient experience.
