CMC's FastCare to Open June 29

June 3rd, 2020

COmmunity Medical Clinic's FastCare, offering convenient walk-in clinic services, is opening Monday, June 29th.  The highly anticipated service was part of the building project and expansion of PCH but the opening was delayed due to COVID-19.  This walk-in clinic offers Pana and the surrounding communities’ healthcare services for those who do not have a primary care provider and offers services when other primary care providers’ offices may be closed.  Hours for the walk-in clinic are:
Monday-Friday 7:00 am-7:00 pm and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 10:00 am-4:00 pm.  (The clinic will be closed Christmas and Thanksgiving Day)

The entrance to CMC's FastCare shares an entrance with Pana Community Hospital’s Emergency Department.  All patients will be screened before entering the clinic and asked to wear a mask upon entering.

The clinic will be staffed by Nurse Practitioners Nichole McMillen and Jayne Morrison, both local providers serving their hometown hospital.  Nichole grew up in Pana and Jayne is from Ramsey.  Other staff members will include a nurse and receptionist for this service.

“We are very excited that local Nurse Practitioners Nichole and Jayne have joined our hospital provider family.  Community members will be happy to see a familiar face when visiting our walk-in clinic,” stated Pana Community Hospital President and CEO, Trina Casner. “This service was needed to better serve patients.  Community members will no longer need to travel for urgent care type services.”
